摘　　要：信息技术是人类理性的结晶,而理性的内核是哲思,因而现代信息技术的变革必然推动思想观念的现代性变革,使传统的哲学沉思转变为信息化的系统对话。而观念变革又必然凝结着社会文化的变革,其与信息技术的关系已不限于狭义的媒介技术对社会运动以及社会文化的各个层面、各个领域的建构或解构,并将引发主体从认识方式到生产方式与生活方式等方面的全面变革,促使我们进一步思考和体察信息技术对于我们这个时代的确定性与不确定性的多重意义。Information technology is the crystallization of human rationality, the kernel of which focus on philosophical thought. The development of modem information technology inevitably causes some changes in ideological concepts, changing traditional philosophical meditations into informational system dialogue. It is also true that ideological changes reflect the changes in social cultures. The connection between ideological changes and information technology is not only limited to the construction or deconstruction which the medium technology exerts its influence over the different levels or fields of social activities and social cultures, but results in great changes from ways of understanding to modes of production and ways of life. Thus we have to consider further and observe what certainty and uncertainty of IT actually mean in the information age.
