摘 要:本文运用文献资料和综合分析法,概述了高校素质教育的内涵和特点,高校体育教学应以健康第一为指导思想,要从素质教育的角度来审视体育教学的课程体系、教学内容、方法、手段及教学评价等,不断地更新体育教学观,根据大学生的体育基础还有身心特点,运用多种有效方法,实现体育的多功能目标。By applying the literature references and the comprhensive analytic method,this paper summarizes the connotation and the features of all-round development education in sports teaching.It is the guiding principle for university sports teaching to take health teaching first.From the angle of all-round development education, careful examination should be focused on sports teaching curriculum system,course content,teaching method, teaching evaluation measures and other aspects.In order to achieve multi- function goals of sports teaching, concepts of sports teaching must be constantly renewed.Various effective ways should be applied and well designed according to college students'physical and psychological characteristics and the sports facilities.
