摘　　要：随着北部湾经济区的深入发展,产业迅速扩大,新的行业不断涌入,与世界各国尤其是东盟国家间业务往来越来越频繁,所需英汉翻译人才日益增多。本文论述了英汉翻译人才的涵义,分析了北部湾经济区现有应用型英汉翻译人才培养模式存在的种种问题,提出培养应用型英汉翻译人才模式建构策略,为经济区产业发展提供动力。With the further development of Beibu Gulf Economy Zone,industries there now become larger,and new industries are swarming into. These industries have closer contact with the world, especially the ASEAN countries in business,and in need of more English--Chinese translator. In the paper, the writer states what connotation of English--Chinese translator is, analyses the causes of problems existing in the current mode of cultivating practical English--Chinese translator,and works out methods of building modes of cultivation.
