摘　　要：教学质量是高校发展的生命线,构建高校内部教学质量保障长效机制是确保和提高大众化高等教育质量的重要措施。本文借鉴全面质量管理核心理念,探讨广西师范大学全员参与、全面评价的内部教学质量保障体系长效机制的构建与实践。Teaching quality is the lifeline in the development of universities. Construction of college interior teaching quality guar- antee mechanism is to ensure and improve the quality of mass higher education the important measures. This article uses the ex- perience of core idea of quality control, discusses Guangxi Normal University＇s, comprehensive evaluation of the internal teaching quality assurance system construction and practice from the total perspective of quality management.
