摘 要:停机位的实时动态调整在机场运行过程中具有重要的研究意义.文中研究了在航班发生延误时,通过合理的停机位调整,降低由于航班延误增加的滑行油耗,达到降低运营成本的目的.考虑了特殊性质航班,建立了以延误油耗最低和各航空公司相同机型所承担延误油耗均衡为目标的停机位实时分配模型,采用遗传算法进行求解.实例分析结果表明模型的正确性和算法的有效性,满足机场实际运行的要求.It is very significant to study how to adjust the airport gates assignment quickly and effec- tively in airports. In this paper, it can reduce the fuel consumption of aircraft taxiing through reasona- ble gate assignment, and achieve the purpose of reducing operating costs and balancing the additional fuel consumption of all the same types of the aircrafts in every airline due to flight delays. Considering the case of special flights, it proposes a real-time gate adjustment model which targets minimizing and balancing the fuel consumption due to flight delays. And this paper uses genetic algorithm to solve it. Data results show that the model and algorithm are effective and results of the case study have some theoretical value and practical significance.
