摘　　要：《山海经》保留了大量凝聚着远古文化信息的原始物象,蕴含着深刻的神话学价值。"食之"句围绕人类自身展开,体现在身体、精神、人类自身生产三方面,从中可以解读原始先民对现实世界动植物的认知,间接也折射出远古时期人类对自身的思考及认知。The book of Mountains and Seas retains a large number of crystallization of the original images of the ancient culture of information, contains profound Mythology value. ＂Food＂ around human beings to start is reflected in three aspects of the physical, mental, human production can be interpreted from the cognition of the original ancestors of the real world of plants and animals, and indirectly reflects the ancient times, human thinking and recognition of known.
