普通高师教育技术学专业实践技能培养的思考——以宝鸡文理学院为例

摘　　要：教育技术学是一门应用性、实践性很强的学科,但近年来教育技术学专业学生的就业情况却不甚理想。究其因,主要是学生的动手能力不强,不能满足社会的需求。因此,宝鸡文理学院在新一轮本科人才培养方案修订过程中,应根据教育技术学专业学生的能力要求,制定与社会发展相适应的应用型人才培养体系,努力提高学生的实践技能和动手能力,增强其就业竞争力。Application and practice of the educational technology is a strong discipline, but in recent years educational technology major students＇ employment situation is less than ideal. As a result, mainly students of the ability is not strong, do not meet the community＇s needs. Therefore, Baoji University of Arts and Sciences in a revision to a new undergraduate programme, should be based on the competence of students majoring in technical requirements, develop and adapt to the social development of application-oriented talents cultivation system, efforts to improve students＇ practical skills and abilities to enhance their employability.
