摘 要:为实现动力总成悬置系统在整车中的解耦,建立了弹性支撑(悬架、车身和车轮)与动力总成悬置系统耦合的整车模型,通过该模型计算的弹性支撑固有频率与有限元法的计算结果进行对比,模型的精确性得到了验证。根据耦合作用,分析了弹性支撑对动力总成悬置系统固有频率和TRA解耦的影响。依据耦合系统的模态特性和响应解耦度,提出了计及弹性支撑影响的动力总成悬置系统在整车中实现TRA解耦的方法,对满足此解耦方法的悬置系统进行了仿真验证和试验验证,结果表明:在满足所提出的解耦方法下,该模型可实现动力总成悬置系统在整车中的TRA解耦,从而提高了整车的平顺性。In order to achieve the TRA decoupling of a powertrain mounting system in the full ve- hicle model,a coupling model with a compliant base(flexible chassis, suspensions,wheels) and power- train mounting system was established analytically. The accuracy of the model was verified by compa- ring the natural frequencies of the compliant base with the finite element method. The effects of com- pliant base on the coupled motions of a powertrain mounting system were analysed. A method of the TRA decoupling for the powertrain mounting system in the full vehicle model was proposed based on the modes' properties and decoupling index of the coupled system. The simulation and experimental results indicate that:the TRA of a powertrain mounting system in the full vehicle model is indeed de- coupled and the vehicle comfort is improved when the proposed method is satisfied.
