摘 要:建立某轿车11自由度的整车平顺性模型,以各个座椅垂向加速度均方根最小为优化目标,以各个悬架的动行程和各个车轮的相对动载为约束条件,结合蒙特卡罗方法和6σ稳健性优化技术,分别对悬架参数进行多目标确定性优化和稳健性优化,分析设计变量波动对优化结果的影响。优化结果表明:优化后的整车平顺性明显提高;稳健性优化结果比确定性优化结果具有更高的稳健性和可靠性。A car model with 11 degree of freedoms (DOFs) based on ride comfort was built. With the root mean square (RMS) taking each seat's acceleration as the optimization objectives, and with the dynamic displacement of each suspension and relative dynamic loads between road and tires as constraint conditions, combined with deterministic multi-objectives optimization method and 6σ robust reliability multi-objectives optimization design method based on Monte Carlo simulation technique, the parameters of suspensions were optimized. The results show that the optimized vehicle's ride comfort is greatly improved. The 6σ robust reliability multi-objectives optimization design method can get better optimum solutions with higher robustness and reliability.
