农村实用人才培养的实践与探索——以浙江广播电视大学农民大学生培养项目为例

摘　　要：农村实用人才是发展现代农业、推进社会主义新农村建设的主要力量,在新农村建设中发挥着重要作用。目前,农村实用人才培养主要存在着扶持政策不配套、投入不足、培养机制不健全、培养方式与农民学习特性结合不紧密等问题。文章以浙江广播电视大学农民大学生培养项目为例,分析和总结了农民大学生培养项目在培养农村实用人才方面的实践和创新,指出了现阶段农民大学生培养项目存在的问题。] Rural practical talents play an important role in developing modern agriculture and promoting the socialism new country construction. Currently, the cultivation of rural practical talents exist some problems, such as deficiency in support policy, insufficient investment, incomplete cultivation mechanism, not closely associating with cultivation way and characteristics of farmer learning. The paper took the project of farmer college students＇ cultivation of Zhejiang Radio and Television University for example, analyzed and summarized the practice and innovation in rural practical talents＇ cultivation. Moreover, it also pointed out the problems of the project at present.
