摘　　要：面向区域经济建设要求开展人才培养模式改革是高职教育的本质要求与高职教育特色的具体体现。文章从人才培养定位、人才培养标准、人才培养条件、人才培养运行、人才培养评价5个方面,构建了以鄱阳湖生态经济区建设为导向的高职工程造价"2+1"人才培养模式,取得了一定的教学改革成果。Requirements to carry out personnel training mode reform is a concrete manifestation of the characteristics of the essential requirement and vocational education and higher vocational education oriented regional economic development.This paper builds a vo- cational cost engineering＂2 ＋ 1＂ training mode oriented construction of Poyang lake ecological economic zone, from location, standards, condition, operation and evaluation of talent training, made a series of teaching reform achievements.
