摘 要:友爱既是一种个人德性,也是一种关系状态,还是一种公共精神,是教育场景中非常强调的一种价值。但当前友爱关系存在非公共化、被动化、功利化、形式化等问题,亟待重建。友爱的公共性要求教育者主动用平等、非压制的方式对待学生,引导学生认识人的共同本质和平等性,并平等地尊重他人;倡导主动地爱与回报,追求德性之交是解决友爱被动化、功利化的良方;做好自爱者而非自私者,能够推己及人又不强加于与我们不同的人,让友爱由心而生从而避免形式化。Friendship is not only a kind of private virtue, relationship, but also a public spirit. It is a value emphasized in education landscape. But friendship is to be reconstructed urgently because it is usually confined in private sphere, and there are problems such as, passivization, utilitarianization, and superficialization. Educators should treat students equally and non - des- poticly, and lead the students to realize the common nature and equality of human being, and respect the others equally; it is an effective prescription of solving the problems of passivization and utilitarianization to advocate to love and requite proactively, and pursue ethical interrelation; in order to refrain from superficialization, it is necessary to love oneself while not to be selfishness, to put oneself in the place of another while not enforce him, and then friendship will come into being from our heart.
