走出“成长型高校陷阱”——“成长型高校”走向“成熟型高校”的战略分析

摘　　要：促进我国为数众多的"成长型高校"进一步发展,成为办学水平更高的"成熟型高校",不仅对于"成长型高校"的自身发展,而且对于普遍提升中国高校的办学水平,提高教育质量具有重要的意义。然而,似乎存在一个"成长型高校陷阱",使得大多数"成长型高校"难以成长为层次更高的"成熟型高校"。为破解这一发展陷阱,有必要对"成长型高校"的发展在战略层面上进行仔细分析,促进其作出正确抉择,使之走向更高位的发展。Facilitating a large number of growth-type universities into mature universi- ties, will not only promote universities＇ development, but also be helpful to advance the quality of China＇s higher education. However, there seemed to be a plight which made the growth-type universities remain at the same level for ever. Thus it＇s necessary to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of growth-type universities, so that they could make the right decisions and reach a new stage.
