摘  要:探讨了重庆彭水烟区高海拔、中海拔和低海拔对K326烤后烟叶品质的影响,结果表明:低海拔高度的烟叶无论是烟叶常规化学成分,还是感官质量和所含香气物质,都优于高海拔和中海拔,中海拔高度的烟叶有些香气物质(质体色素降解产物香气物质)含量较高,高海拔高度烟叶总体感官质量较均衡,总体而言,在重庆市彭水县烟区,低海拔高度更适合种植K326品种。The experiments were conducted for discussing the effects of different altitudes in Chongqing area on K326 quality. Results showed that quality of tobacco leaf from low altitude including chemical components, sensory quality, and aromatic matter con- tent was better than that from high and medium altitude. The level of some aroma substances such as the plastid pigment degradation product of aroma components was high in medium altitude. The overall sensory quality from high altitude was balanced. Overall, it was suitable for planting K326 in low altitude in Chongqing Pengshui area.
