摘  要:高校创业教育在我国已经走过了十余个年头,并成为当前高校教育教学改革与创新人才培养的重要环节。开展创业教育,既要培养自主创业者,又要培养岗位创业者,岗位创业为高校创业教育提供了新的思路。融入高校现有人才培养体系,以绝大多数高校在校生为培养对象,以提升大学生就业竞争力和创业能力为教育目标是岗位创业教育的特征。通过创业类通识课程培育、专业类创业课程创新与渗透以及岗位创业实践教学衔接等方面进行岗位创业教育的整体构建。为实现创业教育预期目标,应从满足不同类别学生需求的多样性设计,融入专业教育的持续性设计,推动创业教育运行机制创新发展的长效性设计,形成专业教师内源性支持的引导性设计四个方面开展组织实施。Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country has covered more than ten years, and it has gradually become an important link to cultivate innovative talents in current education and teaching reform in colleges and universities. To carry out entrepreneurship education, we should not only cultivate independent entrepreneurs, but also cultivate post entrepreneurs, and post entrepreneurship has offered the new idea for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The characteristics of post entrepreneurship education include integrating entrepreneurship education with the existing personnel training system of colleges and universities, taking most of the undergraduates as the objectives of cultivation, and taking the promotion of the employability and entrepreneurial ability as educational goal. We should carry through the overall construction of post entrepreneurship education with the general curriculum development of entrepreneurship, the innovation and combination of professional entrepreneurship curriculum, and the integration of post entrepreneurship education with practical teaching, etc. To realize the expected goal of entrepreneurship education, we should carry out the countermeasures in the four aspects as follows: to design the diversified goals in accordance with the different student requirements, to design the continual goals integrating with professional education, to design the everlasting goals promoting the innovative development of entrepreneurship educating mechanism, to design the leading goals beneficial to the endogenous support for the cultivation of professional teacher.
