摘　　要：目的:探讨灼口综合征个性化治疗过程中医患沟通的效果,分析心理疏导在灼口综合征诊疗中提高疗效方面的作用。方法:对口腔门诊治疗、遵医嘱复诊3次的107例灼口综合征患者,其中51例单一采取药物治疗对照(对照组),56例初诊时沟通及护理指导加药物治疗(观察组)。结果:观察组治愈49例(87.5%),好转4例(7.1%),无变化3例(5.3%),总有效率94.6%。对照组治愈22例(43.1%);好转18例(35.3%);无变化11例(21.6%),总有效率78.4%。结论:良好的个性化治疗与心理疏导是提高灼口综合征治愈率的关键。Objective ：To explore the effect in the process of personalized treatment for burning mouth syndrunce, to analyze the function in improving the effect of burning mouth syndrome. Methods ..One hundred and seven burning mouth syndrunce patients with three further consultations in dental clinic, 51 cases used single medicine （control group ）, 56 cases used communication,introduction on discharge and medication （observation group）. Results ：The total effective rate in observation group was 94.6% ,curative was 49 cases ,the effective rate was 87.5% ;improvement was 4 cases,the improvement rate was 7. 1 %;undiversified was 3 cases （5.3%）. The total effective rate in observation group was 78.4%,curative was 22 cases,the effective rate was 43.1 %;improvement was 18 cases,the improvement rate was 35. 3%;undiversified was 11 cases （21. 6%）. Conclusion： Good personalized treatment and psychological counseling is the key to improve the curative effect of burning mouth syndrome.
