摘  要:在介绍基于Modelica语言和规范的多领域物理统一建模工具MWorks的基础上,进一步对其采用的蓄能器数学模型的形式进行归纳,给出在仿真过程中采用的蓄能器的基本模型、改进模型以及关于时间常数τ的讨论。在以往建立的舰船液压操舵系统的仿真模型中,增加蓄能器模型,进行两种模型中换向阀进、出口压力值的对比。仿真结果表明,蓄能器在系统中起到抗液压冲击的作用,能够大大降低系统换向时阀口的压力峰值。The multi-field unified modeling tool MWorks based on the Modelica language was introduced. Types of the accumulator mathematical model, the basic model applied in this tool, were summarized. The basic model and improved model of accumulator used in the simulation were provided, And the time parameter applied in these models were discussed. The accumulation model was then added to the conventional simulation model of hydraulic rudder system of ships as a new model. The inlet and outlet pressures of the selector valve computed with the two models were provided and compared. The simulation results indicate that the accumulator has a~ shock-resistant effect on the hydraulic system, it can drop the peak values of the valve port pressure considerably as the system reversing.
