摘　　要：R.尼布尔是20世纪美国最有影响力的著名的基督教哲学家和神学家。在他的杰出代表作《道德的人与不道德的社会》一书中,他从基督教伦理现实主义这个视角,对社会问题及政治问题进行伦理分析和研究,严格区分了个体道德和群体道德,指出不道德社会产生的固有根源的局限性,并在此基础上提出解决社会问题和消除社会不公正的主要资源有:宗教信仰、人类理性和社会强制,这对我们今天客观地认识社会不公正和怎样实现社会公平正义和社会和谐具有一定的参考价值。R.Niebuhr was the most influential and famous Christian philosopher and theologian in 20th-century American.In his outstanding representative works,＂the moral man and immoral society＂,not only did he ethically analyze and research the social and political problems from the perspective of Christian ethical realism,but he also strictly distinguished between the individual morality and social group morality and pointed out the limitations of inherent causes of immoral society.On this foundation,finally he proposed solutions to social problems and the main resources to eliminate social injustice,including： religion,human reason and social force,which,nowadays,are of a certain reference value for us to objectively understand the social injustice and how to realize social equity and justice as well as building social harmony.
