摘　　要：作为一门应用性很强的专业,实践教学水平在商务英语专业的生存和发展中起着至关重要的作用,也是该专业办出特色的关键所在。在产学合作、工学结合面临诸多困境、难以有效实施的情况下,湖南化工职业技术学院商务英语专业依托行业,通过建立虚拟商务公司开展实践教学,有效解决了高职院校商务英语人才培养要求与区域经济和行业企业的人才需求相匹配问题,满足了企业既需要具有商务和英语技能,又需要具有专业技术技能的复合型人才的需求。Practical teaching plays a crucial role in the existence and development of highly-applied Business English major. It is also the key to making the major in feature. However, it is of great difficulty for Business English major to implement the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and the work-integrated learning effectively. In order to solve the problem, the Business English major of Hunan Chemical Vocational Technology College launches corporealizing practical teaching based on industry, which helps deal with the problem that talents training should match with talents requirements and meets the demands of enterprises for compound talents with business, English and professional skills.
