摘　　要：目的　研究人类白细胞抗原 -DQA1(HLA -DQA1)等位基因对少年型重症肌无力的疾病易感性。方法　采用PCR -RFLP方法 ,对 40例少年型重症肌无力患儿的HLA -DQA1基因进行分型 ,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果　DQA1 0 30 1基因的频率在患病组中升高 ,与健康对照组相比表现出显著性差异 (OR =12 33,P <0 0 1) ;DQA1 0 5 0 1的频率降低。结论　HLA -DQA1 0 30 1基因为少年型重症肌无力的易感基因 。Objective Research on the disease relationship between polymorphism of HLA-DQA 1 alleles and the susceptibility of juvenile myasthenia gravis(JMG).Methods 40 JMG patients from South China were analyzed and HLA-DQA 1 alleles were determined using PCR-RFLP genotype method,compared with that of health controlled group.Results Frequency of DQA 1*0301 allele increased in JMG patients,which was significantly different compared with the health controls (OR=12 33,P<0 01).Frequency of DQA 1*0501 allele reduced in JMG patients.Conclusion HLA-DQA 1*0301 allele is the susceptible gene of JMG,and JMG is different from adult MG in genetic immune mechanism.
