摘  要:以鹅源副黏病毒NA-1株F蛋白的氨基酸序列为基础,分析预测蛋白的理化性质、三维结构与B细胞的抗原表位。运用生物信息学方法及手段对NA-1株F蛋白的理化性质、亲疏水性、可及性、信号肽、跨膜结构域、二级结构等方面进行分析,预测其抗原表位。同时利用同源建模法预测其三维空间结构。结果NA-1株F蛋白存在多个潜在的抗原表位位点。该研究为进一步通过试验方法确定其优势表位和从结构出发了解其生物学功能提供了理论依据。To predict the three-dimensional structure and epitope of B cell based on amino acid sequence of NA-1 F Protein of GPMV. The secondary structure and surface properties of NA-1 F Protein such as hydrophilicity, physical and chemical properties, surface probability,antigenicity, flexible regions were analyzed to predict its epitope of antigen by bioinformatics methods and means. The three-dimensional structure was obtained by submitting amino acid sequence to the swiss-model server. Many potential antigenic epitopes were identified. The secondary structure and epitope of B cell of NA-1 F protein were predicted successfully by multiparameter. This study provided a foundation for identification of its advantagous epitopes and understanding its biological functions on the basis of protein structure.
