摘 要:采用微波法提取技术,通过单因素试验和正交试验相结合的方法对从淮山药中提取薯蓣皂苷的工艺进行了优化。得到微波法提取淮山药薯蓣皂苷最佳工艺,料液比1︰10,甲醇体积分数为70%,微波功率350 W,微波处理时间15 min。在此条件下,测得薯蓣皂苷的提取率为0.562 mg/g。该法操作简单,缩短了提取时间而且节省了生产成本,可用于淮山药薯蓣皂苷的提取。The dioscin in Dioscorea opposita Thunb was extracted by the microwave assisted method and its optimum conditions were found by the single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The optimum conditions of extraction were: ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 10, the concentration of extraction solvent was 70%, microwave power was 350 W, extraction time was 15 min. Compared with other extraction methods, microwave method cost less time and electrical power and at the same time it's convenient and efficient. It could be used for the extraction of dioscin in Dioscorea opposita Thunb.
