地方工科院校师资队伍建设探析

摘　　要：师资队伍是人才培养质量的决定性因素。没有高质量的师资队伍,不可能培养出高质量的人才。不同类型和层次的院校其人才培养目标定位决定师资队伍建设的内涵和路径。本文针对地方工科院校必须紧紧围绕应用型人才培养目标定位进行师资队伍建设的逻辑命题,开展师资队伍建设应然的理论推导、实然的现实审视,进而从政策外部支持、培养制度改革、教师评价导向和校企合作互动等四个方面提出师资队伍建设的求解之道。The positioning of talent training objective determines the construction of teachers＇team of connotation and path in different types and levels local engineering colleges and universities must be closely around objective orientation of applied talents cultivation for the construction of the teaching staff,this paper for the construction of teachers carried out the theoretical derivation,ought to look at the reality of the reality,and proposed the solving ways of construction of the teaching staff from four aspects as follows ： the external policy support,training system reform,teacher evaluation guidance and between colleges and enterprises.
