摘　　要：情境理论被提出来后就受到了重视,它要求领导者或管理者的领导或管理方式要随着情境的变化而变化。将情境理论用于高校的学生管理中就是:在横向上,管理过程中关注学生的个体差异性;在纵向上,管理过程中关注学生的成长差异性。Situational theory which requires the leadership or management mode of a leader or manager change with the situation was paid attention to when it was proposed.Applying the situational theory to the management of college students is：in the transverse direction,the process of management should pay attention to students＇ individual differences;in the vertical direction,the process of management should concern students＇ growth differences.
