完善法学专业实践教学课程的若干思考

摘　　要：法学作为培养应用型人才的专业,主要为我国法律事业的发展提供服务,因此需加强对学生实践能力的重视,构建以实践教学为核心的教学体系,做到理论与实际相结合,活跃学生思维、激发学习兴趣,培养学生解决实际问题的能力,全面提升能力素质。本文结合当前法学专业教学现状,提出法学专业开展实践教学的重要意义,并对完善实践教学课程的有效途径进行分析与阐述。Law,as a major cultivating applied talent,mainly provides services for the development of China＇s legal career,so students＇ practical ability should be attached to importance and a teaching system with practice teaching as the core should be built under the condition of combining theory and practice,activating students＇ thinking,stimulating students＇ learning interest,and training students＇ ability to solve practical problems,so as to comprehensively improve their ability and quality.Combining with the current status of the teaching of law,this paper proposes the importance significance for Law major to implement practice teaching,and analyzes effective ways of improving the practice teaching of this course.
