摘　　要：民族高校的大学生就业问题关系着学生的切身利益,它对于我国社会的稳定、民族的团结、全面建设小康社会目标的实现有着深刻的意义。本文通过对调查问卷结果的分析,找到民族高校大学生就业存在的一些问题,并针对问题提出了相应的对策。The employment issue of college students in universities for nationalities closely relates to students＇ vital interest,and it is of profound significance for China＇s social stability,ethnic unity,and the goal of comprehensive construction of a well-off society.Through an analysis of the questionnaire results,this paper finds some problems in the employment of students in colleges for nationalities,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to tackle the problems.
