摘　　要：目前高职旅游院校的思想政治教育,基本上建立了梯级型的管理体制并取得了一定成效。但随着社会和行业形势的变化,在思想政治教育工作中出现了新的情况和问题,需要我们在政工队伍建设、学生自我管理、网络平台建设、人文类课程设置和解决实际问题等方面,加大创新力度,发挥思想政治教育在培养"社会人"中的作用。At present,the ideological and political education at tourism colleges has established cascade administrative system and gained some success.However,with the development of the soceity and tourism industry,some new problems have emerged in the field of the ideological and political education at tourism colleges.So,we need to enhance our efforts to cultivate more professional executives,teach students to be disciplined,establish the relevant websites and solve the problems from the teachers and students,letting the ideological and political education play the critical role in educating more talents who can meet the demands of the soceity.
