摘　　要：班主任是最基层的学生管理工作者,也是一个班级的灵魂,班级管理工作水平的高低对学校教育质量的好坏起着决定性作用。中职班主任工作尤为典型,班级管理工作是复杂多变的,班主任必须采用科学的方法进行班级管理,以适应职教发展的需要。本文主要从影响中职学校班主任班级管理工作的因素入手,探讨创新中职学校班主任班级管理工作的策略。The head teacher is the most basic worker for student management,and the soul of a class,so the quality of class management determines the quality of school education.Class management is complicated in secondary vocational school,so the head teacher should adopt scientific method to implement class management,so as adapt to the need of vocational education.Starting from the factors influencing the head teacher＇s class management in secondary vocational school,this paper explores the strategy for it.
