摘　　要：思想政治课教师教学效能感是指担任思想政治课教学的教师对其教育价值,对自己做好教育教学工作与积极影响学生发展的教育能力的自我判断和信念。思想政治课教师的教学效能感会对其心理和行为造成重大影响,从而影响教学行为、教学实效和学生的成长,对于教师专业化发展也具有重要意义。Politics teachers＇ teaching efficacy refers to politics teachers＇ self-judgment and faith on educational value,good education and teaching of their own and positive impact on the education ability of students＇ development.Politics teachers＇ teaching efficacy would impact on psychological and behavioral significantly,thus affecting the teaching behavior,teaching effectiveness and students＇ growth,which is also important for professional development of teachers.
