摘　　要：文章结合山东大学医学院临床医学专业学位研究生培养工作的实践经验,阐述了学院对临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的探索与构建,从明确培养目标、健全培养体系、加强质量监控、完善管理体系等多方面着手,强化医学专业学位研究生临床能力培养力度,具有重要的现实意义。Based on the actual work,this paper expounds the establishing and implementing of the training model of the post-graduate of clinical medicine specialty degree in Shandong University School of Medicine.Through a series of measures,such as clear training goal,perfect training system and strengthen quality control,perfect management system and so on,strengthen the training efforts of clinical ability of medicine specialty degree graduate student has important practical significance.
