摘　　要：口译不同于笔译,它除了需要译员有较强的语言能力和丰富的知识外,还要有过硬的心理素质和职业素质。因此,对影响译员口译能力的因素进行分析,并提出相应的解决方法,对口译员的培养与发展有一定的积极意义。Interpretation differs from translation. Besides strong language abilities and a good knowledge, an interpreter should have a good command of mentality and professional quality. It is of great significance to analyze the factors that influence interpretation ability and then offer relative solutions.
