文化传承创新视阈下的高校辅导员工作探析

摘　　要：文化传承创新是高校义不容辞的责任。高校辅导员在开展大学生思想政治教育和学生日常管理工作中,要积极贯彻实施文化传承创新的要求。新形势下,辅导员要保持工作热情、提高综合素质和坚持以学生为本,需要加强文化修炼,提升自身文化底蕴,把中国优秀传统文化的核心内容"仁爱"思想渗透在大学生的教育管理工作中,烙印在学生心里。讲究工作方法,发挥语言魅力,有利于文化的传承创新,提高工作效率。Cultural inheritance and innovation is an unshirkable duty of college.In ideological and political education of college students and their daily management,college counselors should be earnest in implementing the requirement of cultural inheritance and innovation.In the new situation,counselors should keep enthusiasm,improve comprehensive quality and insist students＇ main role,and they should also give full play to language charm, so as to improve working efficiency.
