因地因时因人 开展高校思想政治教育

摘　　要：在构建和谐社会的今天,学生的和谐发展和全面发展更是教育关注的问题。这就对高校的思想政治工作提出了新的要求和任务。开展高校思想政治工作,在新形势下,应因地因时因人,从以下几个方面进行。首先,对学生的生活进行关心和引导;其次,对学生进行心理健康的教育;第三,对学生进行人生层面的关心和引导;第四,因地因时因人,对学生进行价值方面的关心和引导。这样,才能注意学生的和谐发展和全面发展,科学发展观在高校才能更好体现,培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的目标才能更好实现。In the construction of a harmonious society,students＇ harmonious and comprehensive development is a topic for edu- cation,which proposes new requirements and tasks for college ideological and political education. In the new situation,college ideological and political education should be implemented from four aspects discussed in this paper. Only with the four aspects can students acquire comprehensive development.
