摘　　要：如何搞好学校教师的职业道德建设,是目前需要认真思考和不断探索的一个重要课题,培养符合教师职业的道德,关系着教育的成败及国家的未来。争创和谐向上的人文环境,尊师重道,是师德建设必不可少的前提条件;培养良好的师生情感是建立良好师德的基础;教师对从教事业的追求,是促进师德建设的动力;如何协助教师树立正确的人生价值观,是确保师德建设的重要内容,而深沉真切的师德很难从书本和别人的言语中得来,最佳的办法是激发教师爱的本能,然后,在此基础上升华为神圣的师德。How to carry out teachers＇ professional ethics construction is now an important topic that needs to ponder earnestly and continuous exploration.To construct teachers＇ occupational morality relates to the success or failure of the future of the country.Striving to create a harmonious humanistic environment is an indispensable condition for the construction of teachers;cultivating good teachers and students＇ emotion is the foundation of establishing good virtue;teachers＇ pursuit of their teaching career promotes the construction of teacher morality;how to help teachers set up the correct values is an important aspect to ensure the construction of teacher morality.Among them the best way is to arouse teachers＇ love instinct.
