摘　　要：提出学生党员个体科学发展和学生党员团体组织科学发展两个维度的职院学生党员发展工作机制新构想,并进行了初步实践。学生党员个体科学发展机制紧扣组织上入党、思想上入党、行动上入党,构建入党程序机制、入党信念机制和入党践履机制,为学生党员个体科学发展提供强大的精神动力。职院学生党组织科学发展机制体系,包括吸纳与开除成员机制、约束与惩罚成员机制、激励与惠及成员机制、服务社会与彰显价值机制,为学生党员个体和党组织自身的科学发展提供强有力的支撑。The writer proposes a two-dimensional party member development conception and preliminarily puts it into practice.The system provides strong spiritual motivation for the individual scientific development of student members.This paper expounds the system for the scientific development of vocational student party organization and its components,which provides strong support for the development of both student party members and party organization itself.
