摘  要:高校职业生涯教育是帮助学生认识自我、探索环境、完成生涯决策的教育体系,其目标明确、内容多样、形式灵活,在培养学生情绪智力方面具有独特作用。本文从情绪智力的四个维度,即自我情感评价、对他人的情感识别及评价、情绪控制、情绪运用入手,挖掘生涯教育课程中培养大学生情绪智力的内容,并结合实际提出生涯教育中完善情绪智力教育的几点建议。Emotional intelligence is crucial to career development in that it influence career decision making, organizalion- al performance and career success. With definite targets, various content and flexible forms, career education plays a unique part in the cultivation of students" emotional intelligence. Focusing on the four dimension of emotional intelligence, namely e- valuation of emotion of self, identification and evaluation of emotion of others, regulation of emotion, and utilization of emotion, the current paper explored the content in career education that contributes to emotional intelligence cultivation and offered some suggestions for improvement of career education.
