广西越南医学新生H6亚型禽流感病毒血清抗体调查

摘　　要：目的了解广西和越南顺化两地大学新生甲型流感病毒H6亚型感染情况,探讨流感流行的现状和趋势。方法应用HI法,对随机抽取的两地医科大学2010级新生共500份血清样本进行H6亚型禽流感病毒抗体检测。结果广西医科大学和越南顺化医科大学新生H6亚型抗体阳性率分别为6.00%和7.20%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);广西医科大学男生(10.26%)比女生(2.26%)抗体阳性率高(P<0.05)。两地大学生H6亚型抗体分布均以小于1∶40的低浓度滴度为主。结论禽流感病毒H6亚型在广西和越南顺化医科大学新生中已有感染。需进一步加强对两地人群该亚型感染的监控。Objective To investigate the infection of subtype H6 influenza viruses among freshmen of Guangxi medical university and Hue medical university, and to explore the status and trends of influenza pandemic. Methods A total of 500 serum samples were collected from the freshmen of Guangxi Medical University and Hue Medical University registered in 2010 and antibodies to H6 subtypes of avian influenza virus were detected by Hemagglutination-inhibition （ HI ） test. Results The positive resuits of antibodies to H6 in Guangxi and Hue accounted for 6.00% and 7.20% respectively, with no significant statistical difference between them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The positive response of antibodies among male students was higher than female students in Guangxi Medical University. Most titers of H6 antibodies in all students were less than 1：40. Conclusion Some of the medical freshmen of Guangxi and Hue Medical University have been infected by H6 subtype of avian influenza A virus. These findings imply the importance of systematic surveillance of H6 subtype in humans in the two regions.
