摘  要:机电集成超环面传动系统是集机、电、控制于一体的新型广义复合机电耦合系统。针对派生系统多阶固有频率之间接近倍数关系时系统存在内共振现象的问题,建立了包含多重内共振的非线性振动微分方程组。采用多尺度法得到了系统自由振动时域响应曲线,研究了外加激励频率接近派生系统固有频率时的系统振动特性。研究结果表明:内共振的存在使得能量在各模态间相互传递,与不存在内共振的系统相比,各零部件的振幅瞬态衰减速度减缓;当外加激励频率接近派生系统固有频率时,系统各零部件的振动幅值较大,且存在振动中心的偏移。内共振使得系统非线性行为更加复杂,存在更多的共振区域,在系统参数设计时应避免存在内共振。Electromechanical integrating toroidal drive is a new--style generalized composite trans- mission,where the power and control are integrated. Considering multiple relations of more natural frequencies in derive system, nonlinear differential equations with multiple internal resonances were presented. Then,time responses figures of free vibration system were obtained by multiscale method, and vibration performance were studied when excited frequency was near to a natural frequency. The results show that energy transfers among modes because of internal resonances, Transient responses of all parts slow decay compared with non--internal resonances. When excited frequency is near to a nat- ural frequency of derive system, amplitudes of all parts will increase larger, and vibration offsets oc- cur. Nonlinear characteristics become very complicated and there are more resonance regions, so inter- nal resonances should be avoided during parametric design.
