摘　　要：当前,高职院校"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式(即"2+1"人才培养模式)改革取得了全面进展,高职院校学生党建工作面临新的挑战,亟需构建与之相适应的学生党建工作方式方法,以不断完善学生党员发展和教育培养机制,从实践科学发展观的高度,创新工作方式,提高学生党建工作的实效性,解决由于学生党员离校实习而产生的工作盲点等问题。本文拟结合党建和思政工作的体会对"工学结合"背景下的高职院校党建工作方法作一探索。In the current, the reform of ＂School-Enterprise Cooperation, Integration of Working and Learning＂ personnel training mode （＂2 ＋1＂ Mode） has got a overall progress. The party-building work of students in vocational colleges is facing new challenges, so it is urgent to build adaptive student party building work way to continuously improve student party development and education and training mechanisms, innovate the ways of working and improve the effectiveness of the student Party building from the height of the practice of the scientific concept of development, to solve the blind spot problem generated in the practice of student party members after leaving school. This paper explores the party building work in vocational colleges, combined with the experience of the party building and ideological and political work.
