摘　　要：当代身体美学的建立与发展,为理解书法艺术和身体的关系奠定了理论基础。从身体的角度理解书法包含书法艺术的具身化认知,书法艺术的身体经验和书法艺术的"修身"功能三个维度。从身体的角度理解书法,为当代的书法艺术的良性发展提供保障,更可以促进艺术与生活的整合,达成生活即审美的社会理想建构。The building and development of contemporary somaesthetics establishes the foundation for the understanding between the calligraphy and body.From the view of somaesthetics,it ascertains that calligraphy contains three dimensions： the embodiment cognition,bodily experience and self-cultivation.Through this angle,it is ensured contemporary calligraphy′s positive development,promotes the integration of the art and life,and achieves the ideal social construction.
