摘　　要：军队院校教育教学转型的背景下,教学督导制度也需要进一步的发展,如督导的内涵需要扩充、存在的问题需要改进等等。文中对此作了相应的阐述,并给出了新时期督导方式的有益补充形成。In the context of the transformation of education and teaching in the military academies,the education and teaching system need further improvement,such as the connotation of supervision need to expand,problems need to be improved,and so on.These are discussed according to this paper,and given the way the new period of several useful complement to supervision, and the useful supplementary method of teaching supervision are also given.
