摘　　要：加强制度建设,提高制度执行力,是高校依法治校、实现办学目标的关键。本文从目前高校制度建设的现状出发,重点分析了高校制度执行不到位的原因,进而就如何加强高校制度建设,提高制度的执行力,发挥制度本身应有的作用,提出了几点意见和对策。To enhance system construction and improve execute power is the key of college legal administration and the key to realize education goal.With the current college system construction as the starting point, this paper focuses on the reasons of its inefficiency,so as to proposes some suggestions on how to enhance college system construction,improve system execute power and give full play to the system itself.
