摘　　要：随着互联网技术的迅猛发展和3G网络技术在高校中的普遍应用,越来越多的高职学生开始体验微博这种最新的网络交流工具。本文从研究青少年正确的网络导向着手,浅析高职院校的辅导员如何培养高职学生树立正确的网络微博的使用心态,如何利用微博实现新时期的学生思想教育。With the development of internet and wide use of 3G and network technology on the campus, more and more high vocational students begin to use micro-blog to communicate on the internet. As a instructor in the college, the author tries to point out the right attitude the high voca- tional students should have when using micro-blog and the right way the teacher should have when carrying out ideological education.
