摘　　要：构建教师合作文化是促进高职教师专业发展的关键,但高职教师合作文化的缺失阻碍了教师之间的真诚交流与合作,严重制约着教师的专业发展。针对这种现状,文章从四个方面提出了构建高职教师合作文化的路径。To colleges. Aceording to the situation, this paper puts forward ways of constructing teacher in higher vocational colleges from four aspects.
