对高职女生体育课教学改革的思考

摘　　要：高职女生是高职体育中的重要教育对象,高职女生的特点在体育课中的体现为文化课成绩相对较差,学习缺乏主动性,参与活动的积极性不高,综合素质参差不齐,缺乏自信等。高职体育课程模式是本科院校的压缩饼干,本科院校更低的层次,改革开设选项课。提出了重视高职女生体育课中的思想教育,结合高职女生生理特点安排内容,延伸高职女生体育课到课外,课中贯穿体育运动的知识,严格高职女生考勤与常规制度等改革对策,希望高职的体育课能更好的满足高职女生素质教育的需要。[Abstract]The students of physical education in higher vocational schools is the important object of education, higher vocational students characteristics in physical education teaching is the embodiment of culture levies achievement is relatively poor, lack of learning initiative, enthusiasm of participating in activities is not high, comprehensive quality uneven, lack of self-confidence. Higher vocational curriculum model is the undergraduate course colleges and universities the compressed biscuits, undergraduate course colleges and universities lower levels, offering elective course reform. Put forward to take the students of physical education in the ideological education, higher vocational female physiological characteristics of arrangement of content, extension of Higher Vocational PE of girl students extracurricular lesson, through the sports knowledge, strict girl college student attendance and conventional system reform of higher vocational physical education countermeasures, hope can better meet the needs of quality education for Higher Vocational students.
