摘　　要：概率论与数理统计是独立学院各专业中重要的基础课之一。本文从课程现状出发,分析了概率论与数理统计课程的特点,独立学院学生的实际特点和应用型人才培养目标,对概率论与数理统计课程进行了一些探索与实践,具有普遍的现实意义。[Abstract]Probability and mathematical statistics is one of the most important basic courses in independent institute. Base on the present situa- tion of the course, we analysis the characteristic of probability and mathematical statistics, the actual characteristic of the students in independent in- stitute and the target of training practical talents. There is universal significance on exploration and practice of probability and mathematical statistics in independent institute.
