摘  要:振动压路机的名义振幅是振动轮悬空时测得的振幅,用以比较不同压路机振幅的大小。通过分析振动轮悬空振动模型,提出考虑振动轮位移与激振力之间的相位角及减振器弹性力两个影响因素的名义振幅计算公式,并对该计算公式在单钢轮振动压路上的应用进行了简化,克服了现有名义振幅计算公式的缺陷,提高了计算的准确性。Nominal vibratory magnitude of the vibrating roller is a vibratory magnitude tested when the vibratory drum was suspended so as to compare sizes of various vibratory rollers' vibratory magnitude.We thru analyzing a vibratory model of suspended vibratory drum have put forth a computing formula for the nominal vibratory magnitude as a factor that affects phase angle between displacement of vibrating drum and energizing force as well as an elastic force at the damper in consideration while simplifying the computing formula when applying to a single vibratory drum in rolling operation,thus overcoming defects in the existing computing formulas for nominal vibratory magnitude and upgrading accuracy in the computation.
