摘　　要：核心价值观是企业文化的核心内容,是形成企业核心竞争力的重要因素。核心价值观的缺失已成为制约温州民营企业持续发展的根本原因。了解温州民营企业核心价值观的孕育与萌芽的影响因素,探究温州民营企业价值观的发育过程及现状,结合实际情况,有针对性地提出对策,将有助于温州民营企业核心价值观的培育与提升。Core values are the core of corporate culture and are the main elements of the core competitiveness of enterprises. The lack of core values has been the main cause for the restraint of the sustainable development of Wenzhou private enterprises.It will contribute to the cultivation and promotion of the core values of Wenzhou private enterprises to understand the factors breeding the core values, to study its developing process and current situation and to put forward countermeasures by integrating with the current situation.
