蜂蜜与蛋黄调配的维药阿萨润霜治疗膝骨关节炎的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨蜂蜜代替蛋黄调配维药阿萨润霜治疗膝骨关节炎的可行性。方法:将40例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组给予蜂蜜调配的维药阿萨润霜;对照组给予蛋黄调配的维药阿萨润霜,疗程均为7d。观察指标包括膝关节休息痛和活动痛VAS评分、药物起效时间、患者对疗效的总体评价以及不良反应。结果:治疗7d后,治疗组患膝休息痛和活动痛VAS评分分别为(1.29±1.44)分和(3.13±1.35)分;对照组分别为(1.30±1.40)分和(3.15±1.33)分,治疗前后比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组和对照组综合评价有效率均为100%,显效率均为80%。全部受试者均未出现全身不良反应。结论:蜂蜜调配的维药阿萨润霜与蛋黄调配的相比,二者疗效相当,但是前者作用时间更久、副作用更小、安全性更好,用蜂蜜代替蛋黄调配维药阿萨润霜治疗膝骨关节炎是可行的。Objective： To investigate the feasibility of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Uighur medicine Asa moisturizing cream mixed with honey instead of egg yolk.Methods： 40 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly and equally divided into the experimental and control groups, with the ex- perimental group given Uighur medicine Asa moisturizing cream mixed with honey, while the control group given that mixed with egg yolk. After 7 days, observed the index including the VAS scores about the rest and activity pain of the knee, drug onset time, the overall assessment of the patients on the efficacy and ad- verse reactions. Results： 7 days after treatment, the VAS scores about the rest and activity pain of the knee from the experimental group were （1.29 ± 1.44） and （3.13 ± 1.35） respectively; while （1.30± 1.40） and （3.15± 1.33） from the control group, with statistical significance before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）; while no statistical significance between the two groups aider treatment （P 〉 0.05）. The comprehensive evaluation efficiency of the two groups was both 100%, and the remarkable efficiency was both 80%. There were no systemic adverse reactions for all the subjects. Conclusion： Compared Uighur medicine Asa moisau＇izing cream mixed with honey with that mixed with egg yolk,though there was a therapeutic equivalence, the former had long-lasting curative effect, fewer side effects and security. So it was feasible to treat knee osteoarthritis with Uighur medicine Asa moisturizing cream mixed with honey instead of egg yolk.
