摘　　要：通过极大熵方法将一类下层规划带线性约束的二层规划问题转化为单层规划问题 (在一定条件下还能保证转化后的问题为光滑的 ) ,并证明了转化后的单层规划问题与原二层规划问题的最优解之间的联系 ;在一定条件下可保证转化后的单层规划问题的最优解为原问题的ε 最优解。In this paper,the maximum method is employed to convert the two level programming, the underlevel programming of which has linear constraint, to the single level programming, under certain conditions the converted can be ensured to be smooth. The connections between the optimal solutions of two kinds of programming are proved: under certain conditions,the optimal solution of single level programming is the ε optimal solution of two level programming.
